The following is Saanah Studios terms and conditions.

Photography Session Booking Deposit:

To confirm and reserve your portrait session, we kindly request a fully refundable holding deposit of $99.

This deposit policy applies to all our portrait sessions.

Your holding deposit will be promptly refunded in its entirety unless any of the following conditions apply:

  1. Rescheduling your session more than once.

  2. Failure to attend your scheduled session without prior notice.

  3. Cancelling your original session without rescheduling it beforehand.

  4. Submitting a cancellation or rescheduling request less than 72 hours from the scheduled session day and time.

If you cancel your booking more than 72 hours out from your session date. We will refund you your $99 holding deposit in full.

Please note that all bookings remain valid for 30 days from the date you made the booking. We aim to provide you with a seamless and exceptional photography experience, and we appreciate your understanding and co-operation in adhering to our deposit and booking policies.

What does a complimentary photography experience include?

Our portrait photography studio experience offers a complimentary 1 x hour photoshoot with one of our talented photographers in our studio. After the session, we provide a complimentary 1 x hour viewing session for you to review and select the images edited by the photographer. The retail value of this experience is $250. This is included in your complimentary experience.

From this selection, you have the option to choose 1 x image to be produced into an 8 x10 inch printed and mounted artwork. This image will be edited and retouched and mounted for you. This is included in your complimentary experience.

There is no obligation to purchase any additional images.

Should you wish to acquire more images, they can be purchased at the designated retail price. We offer various artwork sizes and customizable image packages to cater to your specific needs and preferences.

If you decide to purchase additional images instead of receiving the complimentary printed artwork, the $500 value from your complimentary print will be credited towards any of the purchased images or packages.

Each experience is designed for a session with up to 10 participants. Additional participants may be subject to an additional fee.

Please note that this experience cannot be combined with any other offers, redeemed for cash, or used in any way other than described in your experience.

Additionally, this experience is valid for complete family groups only, and unfortunately, we cannot accept partial families to avoid any potential disappointment.

Only one complimentary experience may be redeemed per family per year, sessions are non-transferable and can only be used by the person it is registered to. They cannot be sold or given to another family member, friend, or individual.

Sale terms and conditions:

When you place an order with Saanah Studios, the following terms and conditions apply:

Copyright and Usage: We retain the copyright to all imagery captured during the session and reserve the right to use it for displays, exhibitions, or promotional/marketing purposes. Unless you tell us not to.

Image Retouching: All imagery will undergo retouching, including smoothing skin and removing non-permanent marks to ensure a polished final result.

Custom Requests: Any specific requests beyond standard retouching must be communicated at the time of your order and specified on the order form.

Printing and Delivery: Your order will take approximately 8 weeks. In that time we will have it retouched, printed, mounted and framed. All digital artwork will be sent to you via a download link. Once ready for delivery, you will receive a tracking number from us so you can track where your artwork is.

We strive to deliver exceptional quality and service throughout the entire process, and these terms and conditions help ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience with Saanah Studios.

Our warranty:

At Saanah we stand behind the quality of our products. If your order arrives damaged and cannot be used for its intended purpose, we will promptly replace the item free of charge.

Additionally, we understand that unforeseen disasters can occur, such as fire, flood, earthquake, explosion, or incidents during relocation. For added peace of mind, we offer a 100-year period from your purchase date during which we will replace your framed products free of charge in any of these unfortunate scenarios.

Please note that the production period for these replacements is 8 weeks, as we take the utmost care in ensuring that your new framed products are crafted to the same high standards as your original order.

Our commitment to your satisfaction extends beyond the initial purchase, and we aim to provide you with enduring joy and cherished memories throughout the years.

Refund policy:

At Saanah, we take immense pride in crafting every image as a custom bespoke order, tailored exclusively for you. Under Australian Consumer Law, we adhere to a no cooling off period and a no refund policy.

Nevertheless, we understand the importance of ensuring complete satisfaction, and thus, we offer a 24-hour amendment period. Within 24 hours of placing your order, you have the opportunity to contact us in writing to request an amendment to your order. An amendment means you can change the contents of your order for any other products that is the same value or greater than the amount of your original order.

Feel free to reach out to us at sydney@saanahstudios.com.au for any amendments during this 24-hour window. However, after this 24-hour period elapses, we kindly request you understand that your order cannot be further altered or amended.

We value your trust in our services, and our goal is to provide you with an exceptional photography experience that exceeds your expectations. Should you have any questions or require assistance, our team is here to help and ensure that your portraits reflect your vision and style flawlessly.

Payment plan options:

At Saanah Studios, we understand the importance of flexibility when it comes to managing the cost of your images. That's why we offer two convenient payment plan options to suit your needs.

Option 1: Payright.

Payright is a third-party buy-now, pay-later provider that offers different payment plans, making it easy for you to manage your spending. You can spread the cost of your purchase over a schedule that suits you, with flexible payment terms available for periods of up to 18 months. This option is ideal for orders with a value up to $5,000. For more details on Payright's terms and conditions, please enquire in the studio.

Option 2: Saanah Studios Layby.

We also offer our customers a layby option. Where you can spread the payment of your artwork across a 12-month period with weekly, fortnightly, or monthly installments. The best part is that all installments are interest-free! This option is valid for orders with a value up to $5,000.

To authorize the layby, you simply need to sign the sale invoice. The agreed-upon installments will be direct debited from your nominated credit card as outlined on the sale invoice until the invoice balance is paid off. These installments will be debited as per the payment schedule starting from the nominated date on the sales invoice.

Once you've paid 100% of your invoice total, any physical artwork products ordered will be shipped to you, and any digital images ordered will be sent via a digital link.

You have the freedom to make additional payments or pay out your payment plan at any point.

In the event of a declined scheduled payment, we will attempt to re-process it on the next business day. If the payment remains declined for 14 days, we will issue a notice for you to rectify the payment within the following 14 days.

Failure to update your account within this period may lead us to allocate your overdue payments to a debt collection process, with associated fees at your cost.

Additionally, if any payment to your credit card is unsuccessful, a dishonour fee of $25 per unsuccessful payment will be added to your account. Please ensure you notify the studio in case of any changes to your credit card number or expiry for either the principal or supplementary credit card(s) used for your recurring payment plan.

If the Layby is cancelled. Any money paid is non-refundable.

Gift vouchers:

All gift vouchers are valid for a period of 3 years after the date of purchase.

They cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred to another individual.

Saanah delivers.

  • Quality products.

    All of your artwork is printed and framed locally here in Australia on heavy matte, artist-grade, acid-free 300gsm photo paper using archival inks. All our artworks are made-to-order specifically for you.

  • 100 year warranty.

    If your framed products are damaged or lost in a disaster such as fire, flood, earthquake, explosion, or moving house. We will replace your framed products for any of these reasons for a 100-year period from your purchase date.

  • Customised artwork.

    We have a large range of digital and printed artwork packages that can be customised to suit your needs. Our packages are designed so you can design artwork that suits your personal style.
