Who can I bring to my session?

At Saanah we craft a delightful experience for families, ensuring everyone is part of the magic. We believe in capturing the essence of your family's bond, and that's why we encourage bringing every member along for the session.

Having a portrait on the wall with all your loved ones creates a truly heartwarming display. We embrace the opportunity to include extended family members, like grandparents (and pets) in the photo session, allowing us to immortalise three generations in a single captivating photograph.

What is included in my package?

At Saanah we take immense pleasure in offering our valued clients a one hour photography session. Our priority is to ensure that you relish the entire Saanah experience to the fullest. After your photoshoot you will receive one 8 x 10 inch printed artwork, carefully selected with the assistance of our skilled designers.

Should you decide to enhance your collection with more digital images or artwork for your home, we have a variety of packages thoughtfully curated to cater to your specific desires. The $500 retail value of your printed artwork can be used as a credit towards any of these packages.

Feel free to explore some of our packages here; however, we also offer the flexibility to create customized packages tailored precisely to your needs and preferences. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we look forward to creating everlasting memories with you.

How long until I receive my order?

Your order will take approximately 8 weeks. In that time we will have it retouched, printed, mounted and framed. All digital artwork will be sent to you via a download link. Once ready for delivery, you will receive a tracking number from us so you can track where your artwork is.

What is your refund policy?

Every artwork we produce is custom made just for you so we are unable to accept refunds or exchanges.
